Desitin and all others go on pretty wet and thin. This is a better paste that stays on through the night.

Used this product on our son when he got severe diaper rash from teething and cleared it up in a day or two. Now with our daughter it’s the same. Diaper rash severe from teething and put this on it and it clears it up in a day or two. I recommend this….it’s work both of my kiddos. It’s thick and sticks great too the bottom.
