Liposet

They don't work to curb appetite as well as I hoped they would.

Liposet seems to help curb my appetite with no side effects. Unfortunately, the Liposet company is very difficult to work with. My first order took a long time to arrive but at least my email inquiries were answered. They even supplied an extra free jar. So, for some reason, I placed a second order. It is now long overdue, and I cannot get a response from the company at all. Not sure if I should continue trying or just go ahead and complain to my bank and the BBB. Very disappointed. I thought I had found a helpful product, but it will not work if I can't take it consistently.

Soldered 4 1 says delivery 2 to 5 days and haven't even shipped yet issue full refund on shipping charges please

I had a terrible experience ordering from this company. Both times I did order I never received my package in time. Tried to message them but never got an answer before 1 month after I placed the order. Then they messaged me and said they were out of stock. Told me I should get it no later than Nov 20th. I waited. It is now Dec 6th... I still have not received my package. I tried messaging them... still no answer. I will never order from here again....

Shipping was taking 3+ weeks, did not receive an email saying they were out of stock. Reached out to customer service, they informed me it would be delayed and asked if I'd like to proceed or cancel my order. I told them I would like to cancel and receive a refund. It's been over a week and I'm still being ignored by customer service. They ended up shipping my products yesterday and still won't respond to me. I wouldn't bother supporting a company who can't even respond to customers.
