Newtonstein: The worst retailer I experienced. Dishonest, liar, very bad customer service, products of very bad quality although very high prices. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and they sent the wrong sizes but did not want me to return and refund the shoes when the mistake was on their side. Only proposed at first a refund of 20% which is ridiculous for a pair of shoes I can’t use and of very bad quality. Then they committed to 50% but considered a total amount which is way lower than what I paid (20$ less) and blamed it on currency fluctuations. Do not buy anything from them, clearly those are scammers you don’t want to have any business with.
